Coaching Creativity with Judith Morgan [Art Juice Ep: 40]

Ep-40-Coaching-Creativity.jpeg

This week I took a short break from the podcast and Alice was joined by her business coach Judith Morgan, who has been coaching for 15 years and been Alice's coach for the past 5 years. In this episode, they discuss what is involved in coaching and why and how it can benefit creatives. Judith shares some of the ways she helps her clients, and the wide-ranging (and often funny!) discussion covers impatience, sanctuaries, the impact of emotions, leaving an imprint, and the risks of helping others at your own expense. The pair also debate why it is that many people take years to get round to just "doing their thing."

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this conversation (especially hearing about Alice's early ideas for starting her own business long before she considered painting as a viable option!)

If you've ever wondered about working with a coach, we hope this will help you decide if it's for you, and how to choose the right person.
