Turning Overwhelm into Gratitude

At the beginning of this week, I felt totally overwhelmed. I'm preparing for my exhibition (March 8th to 30th at Mill Bridge Gallery in Skipton - don't miss it!) I had so much to do and it felt like I had no time to get it all done.But then something shifted as I thought about how much things have changed for me in recent years, and how fortunate I am to have these problems.I'm still busy and it still feels like there is too much to do, but now that thought makes me happy instead of stressed. The simple power of gratitude!
