This is the second of a small series named after the song Reasons to be Cheerful Part 3, by Ian Dury and the Blockheads. The paintings began as demos for my Find Your Joy course, and I fell in love with the colour palette. In recent years, I’ve had to navigate some challenges in my life, and it has sometimes felt hard to access joy - and yet these colourful, energetic paintings prove to me that it lives within me. It is always there :)
