Top Withens 2

£750.00
SOLD

This painting was one of many studies i created during the development of my book “Life Force.” I sold most of the studies at that time, but kept my favourites back. This one (and it's partner Top Withens 1) were made after a visit to the remote farmhouse said to have inspired Emily Bronte to write Wuthering Heights.

The farmhouse is a ruin now, sitting up on the most spectacular empty moorland, with majestic views all around.

I hope this painting captures some of the feeling of being up there with the curlews and lapwings.

66cm x 40cm

Acrylic ink and mixed media on paper. Framed in a beautiful distressed dark brown frame.

Please note shipping costs are extra will be quoted prior to payment
